Re-assigning Lead assignee or Pipeline

This article will guide you through re-assigning the linked consultant  or the Pipeline*/Status of a Lead in your database.

Re-assign a single lead

  1. Find your Lead (see Searching for a Lead)
  2. Click on the edit pen to the right of the Lead you wish to update.

  1. You will now be taken to the Edit Lead page
  2. In the Assigned to field - select the new consultant or Pipeline and Status
  3. Click on the green Save Lead button on the right.




Note: When manually reassigning a lead as above, If the consultant chosen is not already linked to the leads contact, the Contact will need to be edited and add as a linked consultant to allow them to view the contact details

Re-assign multiple leads

If you wish to reassign several leads you can use the Bulk Actions

Change Assigned Consultant
  1. On the leads tab of a listing or on the main leads table
  2. Tick the check box on the left of the lead/s you wish to reassign or select all leads by ticking the checkbox in the table heading
  3. Choose  Change Assigned Consultant action
  4. Select the new assignee
  5. Click Submit button
Note: If the consultant chosen is not already linked to the leads contact they will be added as a linked consultant to allow them to view the contact details and the original consultant will remain linked to the contact.

Change Pipeline / Status
  1. On the leads tab of a listing or on the main leads table
  2. Tick the check box on the left of the lead/s you wish to reassign or select all leads by ticking the checkbox in the table heading
  3. Choose  Assign Pipeline and Status
  4. Select the new Pipeline
  5. Select the new Status
  6. Click Submit button
* Pipeline option requires subscription to the Pipeline module.
