Progressing a Listing to Leased
Search for your listing address using the quick search magnifying glass in the top right of your database. Select your listing from the results.
- Search for your listing using the quick search magnifying glass in the top right.
- Select your listing.
- Click on Leased in the Listing Stages ribbon as below:
- Fill
in the Leased Date and the dollar value per week/month and then click
on Marked as Leased.
- If automatic updates are enabled in the Websites tab, this will update the listing on your website and other portals as Leased. Read more about Auto Updates here: Automatically upload Listings to websites/portals
