Commissions - Office Templates

Prior to using the Commission section you will need to set up your Agency Templates and also your consultant template(s). This file will guide you in setting up your office template/s. 
  1. Hover over the Finances menu.
  2. Click on Commissions.


  1. Click on Office Templates.

  1. Click on + Add Commission Template.
  2. Give your template a name.
  3. Select the structure type - Fixed Amount, Fixed Percentage or Tiered Percentage.
  4. Add in your necessary amounts based on the percentage or fixed amount you chose.
  5. Choose whether the template includes or excludes GST.
  6. You also have the option to add in Deductions to your template based on a $ or % amount. This can be useful if you take a base amount off the top of any standard commission or you have an admin fee in your office. You can add or remove a deduction using the plus minus signs on the right 
  7. Click on Save to complete.
You can set up as many office templates as you like as you can choose what type of office template you need on each separate invoice.

Note: If you do not see the Finances menu, you either don't have permission to view it or your package does not include this module. Please contact support@arosoftware.com to add this module onto your subscription.
Only staff with Admin and Management permissions will be able to see this section as default.
