Notifications
are set to each team member and allow Aro Software to alert you by email, desktop or SMS about something that needs your attention
or an event/task that is due.
- Go to Setup > Team Members
- Click the name of the agent you wish to alter
- Select Team Member Settings
- Select
the Notifications Tab on the left side
- Look at the default setting for
each area and choose from the drop down menu if you want to change
them


You can only select the SMS option if you have that module activated. These notifications will use your accounts credits.
- Desktop notifications appear under the Bell Icon in the top right of your the home page dashboard
- Notifications can be turned on and off for each team member depending on their needs
