This article will guide you on how to receive notifications when a listing is about to expire. Arosoftware can enable bulk notifications for member groups.

The Expiry Date Field

The Expiry Date field, when listing a new property, is used to alert software users when a listing is going to expire, giving you time to renew the listing agreement.

Once a listing expiry date passes, this will not automatically remove your listing from any published websites

Setting Up Notifications

Notifications need to be set up for individual users. To check or set up notifications, follow these steps:

1. Click on your headshot (top right corner)
   

1. On the left side of the screen, click on the "Notifications" tab
   

1. The screen will load with several sections where notifications can be set up (In this case, we chose Residential Sale)
   

1. In the dropdown menu for Listings due to expire and Listing Expired, you can choose your preferred notification method
   

• SMS
• Email
• SMS + Email
• Desktop Notifications

Desktop notifications will appear in the top left corner of the screen. Once they are read, the notification count will disappear from the circle.
