This file will guide you on getting a notification when a listing is going to expire. Arosoftware can enable bulk notifications on member groups.Please email support@arosoftware.com if you would like bulk enabling turned on of notifications

The Expiry Date field when listing a new property is used for the purpose of alerting software users that a listing is going to expire, giving you time to resign the listing agreement. 

Notifications need to be set up for for individual users. To do this or check if they are set up correctly please click on your headshot (top right corner)

On the left side of the screen click on the Notifications tab

The screen will load with many sections that notifications can be set up for. In this scenario we would click on Listings : Residential Sale

In the drop down menu for Listings due to expire and Listing Expired you can choose the type of notification you would prefer. Select one of the following: SMS, Email, SMS + Email or Desktop. Desktop notifications will appear in the top left corner of the screen. Once they have been read the number in the circle will disappear.
