Question :  I have uploaded images but they are not showing on the property listing.

Answer : Make sure you have ticked the box "Display on Website" in the images section on the listing 

We recommend using the JPEG image format for property photos

1. Go to your listing by searching the address at the top right hand corner
   
2. Edit the listing or click the Edit pen on the images box
   

1. Tick the checkbox on each image you wish to show
   

1. If the show on website is ticked and the image still doesn't display on the websites;
   
2. Select the Show image details box on right:
1. Confirm the Photos have not been uploaded as Floor Plan type.
2. Check photo size does not exceed 9000 pixels, approx 2000 pixels is recommended.
3. Check the image format, WEBP images are supported by Aro websites but not by most external portals such as REA
