Where can I get the Arosoftware App?

The Arosoftware App is currently available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store. You can search "Arosoftware" and install to your phone.

Logging in to the App


Below is the login screen for the Arosoftware App. To log in you will need:

  1. Office Code

    1. This is unique to your office. This is the same code used to log into the desktop version of the Software. You can also find your office code by looking at the URL when you are logged into Aro on your desktop. https://yourofficecode.admin.arosoftware.com/ ; the office code must be entered as all lowercase.

  2. Username

    1. This will be the same username you use to login to the desktop version of Aro Software.

  3. Password

    1. This will be the same password you use to login to the desktop version of Aro Software.

    1. See your Call log history ( All Calls)
    2. Filter to show only calls marked as missed or Could Not Connect
