Market Report Elements - Price Estimate

This guide will walk you through adding a Price Estimate in your Market Report.

There are four types of Price Estimate

  1. Price Range - can add the lowest and highest price estimate.
  2. Value - can only add the Estimated Price.
  3. Custom - can add custom price.
    1. Custom Price - will display on proposal.
    2. Estimated Price - this will not display on proposals, it is for reporting only.
  4. None - no price range and only the estimated price.
