Managing and Troubleshooting My Notifications for New Leads




If you are routing your listing or other enquiry leads into the Aro CRM via the REA or Domain lead processors or via the Zapier lead integration,  you should receive an email notification every time a new lead arrives.

If you are missing an alert email, follow this step-by-step guide to check and update your notification settings.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how check and if needed to update your notification settings.

Step 1: Check Your Notification History

  1. Log in to your Aro dashboard.
  2. Look at the top right corner of your screen and click on the Bell Icon.
  3. Once the notification modal opens, this will list all your past notifications and how they were delivered. 
  4. If there are lead assigned notifications that have email sent but you've not received the email there are 2 options
    1. The email has gone into your Junk/Spam folder, or
    2. The email was blocked by your email service.

Step 2: How to Enable Email Alerts

If the lead assigned notification is Disabled or Desktop and you'd like to receive by email:
  1. Click on the small Cog Icon (Settings) located at the top of that window to your open Team Member settings.
  2. Locate the Lead Assigned notification row. ( search lead in the column filter)
  3. Change the setting to Email.
