Managing Dashboard Widget Settings

This help file will walk you through how to customize your dashboard by managing your active widgets. These settings allow you to prioritize the information you see immediately upon logging in, such as current listings, upcoming tasks, or lead status.

How to Access and Manage Widgets

The Dashboard Settings are found within the Member Settings area. This section allows you to toggle the visibility of specific data blocks (Widgets) and reorder them to suit your daily workflow.

Accessing Widget Settings

  1. Navigate to Edit Button directly on the Dashboard or select My Settings in the top right account icon. 

  2. From the left-hand sidebar menu, click on the Dashboard tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Widgets section. 


Customizing Your Widgets

Adding a New Widget

If you want to track additional data on your home screen:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the widget list.

  • Click the + Add Widget button.

  • Select the desired Type from the available options.

  • The new widget will appear at the bottom of your current list.

Reordering Your Dashboard View

The order of the list determines the order they appear on your dashboard (top to bottom):

  • Click and hold the icon to drag and drop the widget into your preferred sequence.

    • For example, move Tasks to the top if you prefer to see your to-do list first.

Editing or Removing Widgets

On the right-hand side of each widget row, you have three control icons:

  • Duplicate (Copy icon): Create a second instance of a widget (useful if you want two different filtered views of "Leads").

  • Delete (Trash icon): Remove the widget from your dashboard view entirely.

  • Edit (Pencil icon): Modify the specific settings or filters for that individual widget.

Saving Your Changes

Once you have organized your widgets:

  • Look at the Checklist box on the right side of the screen. 

  • If it displays a green message stating "The member setting is ready to save," click the green Save button.

  • Alternatively, click Next at the bottom right to continue to other member settings.
