Manage Tasks

This article will help you with managing Tasks.

Accessing the Task dashboard

  1. On the main menu, select Productivity > Tasks
  2. In the Task dashboard, Choose the Column or List display option to view your tasks

Creating a New Task

  1. Click the Add Task button
  2. Complete the following fields
  3. Save the task. It will appear in the To do column.

Updating the Task Status

  1. Click the ellipsis icon on the Task card
  2. Select status from the options:  Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Archived
  3. To quickly change the due date, choose from the Date Due options: Due Today, Due Tomorrow, Due in 7 days

Filter and Searching Tasks

  1. Use the Filter options to view tasks by assigned user, status or due date.
  2. Column View: Use the Search bar options to locate specific tasks quickly.
  3. List View: Click on the table setting cog on right to open the table column and filter options. enter your filter text , status or date option in the row below column titles
