You can sync your Arosoftware Calendar with the native Mac Calendar app.

Add a Calendar account to your mac

1. Start by locating your My Caldav URL
   
2. Open the "Calendar" app on your mac
   
3. Click on the "Calendar" menu followed by "Add Account"
   
   
   
4. Select the "Other CalDav Account" option and click "Continue"
   
5. Set the "Account Type" to "Advanced" (See screenshot below)
   
6. Enter your Arosoftware login details into the "User Name" and "Password" fields
   
7. Enter "admin.arosoftware.com" into the "Server Address" field
   
8. Enter your "My Caldav URL" server path into the "Server Path" field. (This should only be the URL extension, EG "/training/dav/calendars/john/default")
   
9. Enter "8080" into the "Port" field and Untick the "Use SSL" option
   
10. Untick the "Use Kerberos v5 for authentication" option
    
11. Click "Sign in"
    
12. Your Arosoftware calendar account has now been added

Reduce the Calendar Refresh Time

By default, the refresh time for any calendar accounts on your mac is 15 minutes, this is quite high and it means that you need to wait up tp 15 minutes before events additions/changes will show up on your mac.

1. Open the "Calendar" app on your mac
   
2. Click on the "Calendar" menu followed by "Preferences"
   
3. Select your Arosoftware calendar account on the left side of the accounts window
   
4. Click the "Refresh Calendars" drop down and change the value to "Every Minute"
