Listing not uploading/updating/removing on website and portals

This file will guide you through determining why a listing is not updating to the Active websites and portals 


Is the listing affected on all website or only some?


Is the listing not uploading/updating to All active websites?

Is websites tab greyed out?



The reason the websites tab is greyed out and the updates are not going to the websites is because the hidden listing box has been ticked on this listing.  Go to the Listing click on edit listing and in the Essentials tab untick the hidden listing box, then save. 
If the Listing is already Available and listed on websites ticking on Hidden Listing will prevent any updates from being uploaded to the websites, capturing the Listing at the status it was prior to ticking on Hidden Listing.
If the Listing is yet to be marked Available ticking on Hidden Listing will prevent the Listing from being uploaded to the websites.


            
         


Are there errors in the Websites tab under Active Websites


Check the Active Websites for any upload errors, select update all to resend the update, wait a few minutes for the websites to process the updates then review if the listing has updated on the sites.
           



If the upload error persist please send a brief description of the issue and the Listings URL or address to support@arosoftware.com.




If only some Listings or one:

If the websites upload status shows Uploaded Successfully in Aro but the Listing is not showing on the website the major portals will send an upload error email notification generally to the account holder admin. If you have the upload error and need assistance please forward to support@arosoftware.com.

Note: Some portals require an active subscription to publish listings.


Some common causes of upload failures to portals are:
  1. Recent listing with the same address. 
  2. Photo or floor plan size or format.
  3. Video web link URL format.
  4. Virtual tour or web link URL format.
  5. Victorian Statement of Information with very long file name.
  6. PDF format issue.
  7. Portal account issues.



If you have checked these options and the Listing is still not updating to websites, please contact support@arosoftware.com and provide the Listing Address, Property ID and which website/s are not updating.
