Listing Features That Display as Icons on ARO Websites

When you add specific feature data to your listings, corresponding icons are automatically displayed on your ARO websites to give buyers a quick visual summary.

Troubleshooting: Why isn't an icon showing up?

If you've uploaded a listing but notice a specific feature icon is missing on your live website or window card, check the following:
  1. Check for Zero Values: Ensure the field isn't set to 0. For example, if a property has a carport but carSpaces is accidentally left blank or set to 0, the icon will not display.
  2. Verify Measurement Units: Look closely at your Land and Floor areas. A missing unit dropdown selection is the most common reason these two icons fail to show.
  3. Sync Delay: If you have just updated the features inside your CRM, allow a few minutes for the data to cache and sync through to your live ARO website.
