I've settled the wrong listing, what do I do now?

This section will help you through what to do if the incorrect listing has been marked as settled or if you've saved a contract to settled a listing by mistake.
Alert
There is no option to unsettle a settled listing contract.


  1. Go to Listings > Search Contracts or use Quick Search to locate the incorrectly settled listing.
    1. Check for Trust Account Ledger or transactions for the listing
      1. If no trust account is linked, you can proceed to withdrawn and then relist the listing.
      2. If any trust account transactions or ledger were linked to the listing, please reach out to us at support@arosoftware.com for guidance.
  2. On the listing progress bar, click Withdrawn.
  3. Click the Pending stage on the listing progress bar.
  4. If the listing should be Under Contract or Unconditional.
    1. Go to the Contract tab and edit the contract again  to confirm all the details  select to make property Under Contract or Unconditional.
  5. If the listing should be Available stage
    1. On the contract tab, either edit the contract as save as unsuccessful or delete the contract if it was added in error.
    2. Edit the listing and save at Available stage to relist the property to websites

      1. This will use the original portal feed ID's and should avoid being charged as a new listing but there are exceptions if you have any doubts ask the portals support if they will charge to relist
