I have changed a listing from Available back to Pending - why has is not removed from websites?

Question: My seller/landlord would like to take a break from having their property on the market for a few weeks. How do I do this?

Answer: If a seller has asked for their property to be taken off the websites for a short period of time, you will can mark it as Withdrawn and then when ready to go back on the market take back to Pending and progress back to Available to relist the property using the same listing portal ID's.

Changing a listing's status from Available back to Pending will not remove it from websites. Because website updates are disabled at Pending stage, doing this will actually prevent the listing from being withdrawn.


Relist gives you the option to either use existing Portal ID's( same listing) or new ID's ( new listing so portal list fees will apply)

Option 1. 

To remove a listing from the 3rd party websites, mark it as Withdrawn in the progress bar.

Option 2:

Under the website tab of the listing,  click on the withdraw button against each Active website option individually
