To remove a listing from the 3rd party websites, mark it Settled or Withdrawn in the progress bar. Changing a listing from Available back to Pending stage will not remove it from websites. 

Question: My seller would like to take a break from having their property on the market for a few weeks. How do I do this?

Answer: If a seller has asked for their property to be taken off the websites for a period of time, you will need to mark it Withdrawn and then Relist the property. Click here to follow instructions on how to relist a property
