I cannot select a Consultant (sales rep or property manager) to attach to a listing?
If you can't select a team member as a consultant/agent for a listing, check the team member is assigned the correct role for this type of listing:
Check Team Member Roles (Setup > Team Members)
- Sales Team: For Sales Listings only
- Property Management: For Rental Listings only
Important Role Restrictions
- Office Admin cannot be a Sales Consultant on a listing by default. This role is for administrative tasks only and doesn’t include sales or rental duties
If the Agent's Role is Office Admin but Needs to Handle a Sales Listing
To enable an Office Admin to work on a sales listing:
- Go to Setup > Team Members
- Edit the team member’s permissions to allow both Admin and Sales Consultant roles
- Save the changes
Office Admin can't be a Sales Consultant on a listing. Update their role as needed.
