Check to see if the team member has Sales Team or Property Management for their role (Setup > Team Members).
Sales Team - sales listings only
Property Mangement - rental listings only
Office Admin can't be a Sales Consultant on a listing.
If the agent's role is Office Admin and they need to be listing on the property you will have to change the team member permissions to be able to be admin and a sales consultant.
