I cannot find a Consultant (sales rep or property manager) to attach to a listing?

Check Team Member Roles (Setup > Team Members)

Ensure team members are assigned the correct role for their listings:
  1. Sales Team: For Sales Listings only
  2. Property Management: For Rental Listings only

Important Role Restrictions

  • Office Admin cannot be a Sales Consultant on a listing. This role is for administrative tasks only and doesn’t include sales duties

If the Agent's Role is Office Admin but Needs to Handle a Sales Listing

To enable an Office Admin to work on a sales listing:

  1. Go to Setup > Team Members
  2. Edit the team member’s permissions to allow both Admin and Sales Consultant roles
  3. Save the changes
