Sending Vendor / Listing Owner Information to Rate My Agent for Seller Reviews
When a listing is marked as Sold there is an Option to Share Vendor / Owner name and contact details to Rate My Agent to request a Seller Review.
Requires active listing feed to Rate My Agent
When editing the contract on a listing and saving to either Unconditional or Settled, on the finance tab under Sold Details, is the option to Share Vendor Details.
By default this set to "Do Not Share Vendor Details" and no Owner details will be included in the listing update file.
If
the Option " Share Vendor details with RateMyAgent only" is selected,
the listing owner Name, Phone, Email will be included in the listing
update file sent to ratemyagent.com.au*
If the Option " Share Vendor details with ALL website portals" is selected, the listing
owner Name, Phone, Email will be included in the listing update files
sent to All active Website options ( if supported)
