How to Refresh a Window Card After Updating Listing Details

If you have updated details on a listing but the changes are not showing on the window card, you will need to regenerate the window card.

Why Do I Need to Regenerate?

Window cards are generated as static PDF files.

This means they do not automatically update when listing details change. Once created, the PDF will continue to display the original information until it is manually refreshed.

Although the window card pulls information from the listing at the time it is created, it cannot dynamically reflect future changes. To apply updated pricing, campaign details, or marketing text, you must regenerate the file.

To Regenerate a Window Card

  1. Open the relevant Listing.

  2. Go to the Window Card section.

  3. Click the Regenerate icon.

The system will create a new PDF using the latest saved listing information.

When Should I Regenerate?

You should regenerate the window card if you have changed:

  • Price

  • Images

  • Marketing text

  • Any other listing information shown on the card

If the updated information is saved correctly on the listing, regenerating will instantly create a new version reflecting those changes.
