How to purchase SMS credits


Only team members with the necessary permissions, typically those in Management and Office admin roles, can purchase SMS credit.

SMS credits can be purchased in a few different places around the software depending on which page you are on at the time:

1. On the Billing page:
  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right
  2. Click on Billing
  3. Click on the plus button to the right of SS Credits:


2. In Agency Settings
  1. Click on the settings cog in the top right to open the Setup menu
  2. Click on Agencies and Offices
  3. Click on the edit pencil tot he right of the Agency
  4. Click into the SMS tab on the left
  5. Click on the + Add SMS Credits button
3. On the SMS Campaigns page:
  1. Hover over the Marketing header
  2. Click on Campains
  3. Click on SMS Campaigns on the left
  4. Click on the + Purchase Credits button:


4. If you have no available SMS credits left you will also see the option displayed on the Send SMS page:
  1. Hover over the Marketing header in the main menu
  2. Click on Send SMS
You will see a message "You do not have any SMS credits remaining. Click here to purchase more". 

Clicking any of these buttons will open up the Purchase SMS Credits wizard.

 

You will need to select the number of credits you would like to purchase using the drop down menu.
Before finalising your purchase, you will need to tick your acceptance of the charges and click on the 'Purchase SMS Credits' button.


SMS Credit purchased will be charged to the same payment method used for your Arosoftware subscription
