How to give a team member access to Proposals

This article explains how to give a team member access to the Proposals module in Arosoftware.

Proposal access is managed separately from standard user permissions and allows team members to create and send digital proposals.

To grant access, your account must:

  • Have the Proposals module active, and

  • Be logged in as a user with Management or Office Admin permissions (to access Proposal settings).


Granting Proposal Access

  1. Go to Prospects → Proposal Settings → User Access.

  2. Click Add User.

  3. If you don’t have an available Proposal user slot, a Purchase Proposal Users window will appear. 


    1. Select the number of additional users you’d like to add.

    2. Note: Once you have 4 users, any additional users are at no extra cost.

    3. Tick the checkbox to confirm the charges

  4. If your account has available user slots, the Grant User Access window will open. 

  5. Select the team member you want to grant access to.

  6. Click Grant Access.

    The team member will need to log out and log back in to access the Proposals module.
