How to find a listing using a Portal Reference ID If you have received an inquiry from a portal

If you have received an inquiry from a property portal, you may be provided with a Portal Reference ID. To locate specific listing in your Aro database quickly, follow these steps.

How do I search by Portal

  1. Navigate to the Listing Search page.
  2. Scroll down the search filters on the left-hand side until you reach the Portal section
  3. Select specific Portal Name field
  4. Click Search Listings

Why can't I find my listing? If the search returns no results, check the following:
  1. Search Type - if you're looking for a Business listing, ensure your search type is set to Business.
  2. By Default - the search page opens to Residential unless you have changed this in your Member settings.
  3. Listing Status - Ensure you are searching for Available listings (or All if it has recently gone under contract)
  4. Conflicting filters - Clear any other search criteria (price ranges or specific suburbs) that might be filtering out the listing you are looking for.

Notes
Note: You can set your default search category e.g., to Business in your Member settings so you don't have to toggle it every time you do a listing search.
