In this article, we will go through creating and customizing your window cards/brochures and DL flyers.

1. Search for your listing using the quick search magnifying glass in the top right.
2. Select your listing.
3. Click into the Window Cards/Brochures tab on the left.

• Click on the Create New Window Cards/Brochures button:
• You will then see the following screen, with the options listed below:
• Template: Select the brochure template or DL flyer you would like to use.
• Banner: The Auto option will use the banner on the listing; however, you can select a different banner from the dropdown.
• Display Title: The Listing Display Title will automatically pull through to the template. You can override this if preferred.
• Description: Choose between using the Full Listing Description, the Preview Description, or write a new custom description by clicking on the "Customise" box below.
• Display Price: The price from your listing will pull through to the template. You can override this if you wish to display a different price or text.
• Photos: Your top photos will automatically be pulled through to the template (the number of photos used depends on the selected template). You can manually select photos by choosing the "Manual" option in the dropdown.

• You will then see the status showing as "generating." Once completed, click on the Template name or the download icon on the right to view the window card/brochure.

• If you want to make changes to the window card/brochure, simply select the edit pencil icon to the right of the Template:

• This will take you back to the Edit page.
• Once you have made the changes, click on Generate Window Card. Once it has generated, click on the Template name or the Download button to view the updated version.
  

If you make any changes to the listing (e.g., price changes, new photos, etc.) and you have already generated a window card/brochure, the template will not automatically update. To update the listing changes, click on the "Refresh/Regenerate" icon as shown below:
