In this article, we will go through creating and customising your window cards/brochures and DL flyers.

1. Search for your listing using the quick search magnifying glass in the top right.
   
2. Select your listing.
3. Click into the Window Cards/Brochures tab on the left.
   

• Click on the Create New Window Cards/Brochures button 
  
• You will then see the below screen, in here you have the options:
  
• Template: select the brochure template or DL flyer you would like to use.
  
• Banner: The Auto option will use the banner on the listing however you can opt for a different banner in the dropdown.
  
• Display Title: The Listing Display Title will pull through to the template, you can override this here if preferred.
  
• Description: Here you can choose to use the Full Listing Description, the shortened Preview Description or you can override this and write a new description by clicking on the Customise box below.
  
• Display Price: The price from your listing will pull through to the template, if you wish for a different price or text to appear click on Override.
  
• Photos: Your top photos will automatically pull through to the template (the number of photos used depends on the template). You can manually select photos by clicking into the dropdown and selecting Manual.
  

• You will then see the below with the status showing as generating, once completed you can click on the Template name or the download symbol on the right to view the window card/brochure.

Editing a Window Card/Brochure

• If you want to make changes to the window card/brochure simply select the edit pencil to the right of the Template:
  

• This will take you back to the Edit page.
  
• Once you have made the changes, click on Generate Window Card. Once this has generated, click on the Template name or the Download button to view.
  

NOTE: if you make any changes to the listing (eg. price changes or new photos etc) and you have already generated a window card/brochure, the template will not automatically update. To update listing changes click on the Refresh/Regenerate icon as below:
