How to create a Market Report

This guide walks you through the initial setup options when creating a new Market Report.

Step-by-Step guide: Adding a Market Report
  1. Navigate to the Prospects > Convert >Market Reports section in the left-hand menu
  2. Click the Add Market Report

  1. Enter the property address, use the "Search known address..."
  2. If the address is not found, click the Address not found? Add the address manually.

On the Get Started page, you can choose how to start the Market Report.
  1. Start Fresh - begin with a blank report
  2. Copy Existing market report - duplicate a previous market report
  3. Use template - use a custom market report template
  4. Use ARO template - default templates
Fill Out Required Field
  1. General - Add the owner's name, select agent and set the price estimate.
  2. Book Appraisal - choose the appraisal type, Notify me or Redirect to URL

  1. Suburb stats - link a reference suburb to generate statistics

  1. Comparable Listings - Add sold and available listings manually or via Price Finder.
  2. Welcome Text - Customize content if needed.
  3. Settings - Under Settings tab, you can set expiry date, password protection, choose a Theme or configure reminder notifications.

How to make Market Report Live

There are two options to make the report Live.
  1. In the Market Report's list, under the status column, click the Market Report status.
  2. Edit the Market Report and at the top right corner, click the Market Report Status.
How to check Market Report view logs
  1. Click the view icon beside any of your created reports in the Market Report list.
