How to check if a workflow triggered

This help article will guide you through where to check if a workflow you have setup has triggered.

In the Productivity Menu

  1. Navigate to Productivity > Automation

  1. Click on Workflows > Triggered

On a Listing

  1. Navigate to the Listing in question (The quickest way to do this is by the magnify glass up the top right hand corner)
  1. On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows

On a Contact

  1. Navigate to the contact in question (The quickest way to do this is by the magnify glass up the top right hand corner)
  1. On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows

On a Lead

  1. Navigate to the Lead in question (The quickest way to do this is by the magnify glass up the top right hand corner)
  1. On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows

On a Team Member

  1. Navigate to Team Members section by going to Setup > Team Members

  1. Click on the name of the Team Member
  2. On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows

On an Inspection

  1. On the top menu select Listings > Inspections

  1. Select the Inspection in question
  2. On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows > Triggered
