How to check if a workflow triggered
This help article will guide you through where to check if a workflow you have setup has triggered.
- Navigate to Productivity > Automation
- Click on Workflows > Triggered
On a Listing
- Navigate to the Listing in question (The quickest way to do this is by the magnify glass up the top right hand corner)
- On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows
- Navigate to the contact in question (The quickest way to do this is by the magnify glass up the top right hand corner)
- On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows
On a Lead
- Navigate to the Lead in question (The quickest way to do this is by the magnify glass up the top right hand corner)
- On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows
On a Team Member
- Navigate to Team Members section by going to Setup > Team Members
- Click on the name of the Team Member
- On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows
On an Inspection
- On the top menu select Listings > Inspections
- Select the Inspection in question
- On the left hand sidebar, click Workflows > Triggered
