How to change my password
To update your password in Arosoftware, you will need to login to your account. If you cannot remember your password, please use the 'Forgotten your password' link on the login screen.
Once logged into your account, click on the 'My Details' icon and select 'My Profile'
On this page, click 'Edit Team Member'
This will take to the below screen
Enter
a new password. You will then be prompted to re-enter that new password to confirm it is correct.
Note: Your password needs to be at least a minimum of 8 characters with a combination of letters and numbers.
Once you have finished, click the 'Save Member' button.
The next time you login, you will need to use the updated password.
