How do I set Contacts with a residential address as Property Owners

This article will guide you through adding  Contacts with a residential address as Property Owners.
  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Search your contacts and tick check box on the left to select the contacts you wish to set as Property Owner
  3. This will open the Actions bar and choose "Set as property owner" from the action drop down list
  4. Select Create new property records if you want to add new properties from the contacts residential address
  5. Choose the linked consultant options
  6. Click Submit ( You will receive a popup notification when the action has completed)
Warning
Be sure you understand the action options selected as this action can not be reversed

The contacts residential address must be a complete and valid address and to matched to an existing property it must be identical. If a contact has multiple residential addresses it will create or match to each address.
