How do I create a list of upcoming open inspection times for our rental listings?

You can easily generate and export an upcoming Open Inspection Times list by following these steps:
  1. Go to Inspections:  Go to the main menu Listings>Inspections.
  2. Open the table Filters: Click on the Filter Icon ( three-line inverted triangle icon) to open your search options.

    Apply the Criteria: Set the date filter to "Next 7 Days" (or select "This Weekend" or a Custom Date Range) and set the listing/property type to Rental listings 


  3. Export the List: Click the vertical Ellipsis Icon (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner of the table to export your Open Inspection Times list as a PDF or CSV file.
