How do I change the rent amount in rental listing

Adding a rental rate ensures that prospective tenants see accurate and up‑to‑date information when browsing your listings. The process involves locating the property, editing its details, entering the rental amount, and saving the changes so they display correctly online. This section will guide you through the process of adding a rental rate to your listings.

Navigate to Listings

  • From the main menu, select Listings.

  • Use the quick search as well to get your listing.

  • In the listing dashboard, click Edit listing button.

  • Under Essentials tab, you will find the Rental Rate field.

  • Update the rental rate.

  • Click Save listing.

Verify the Update

  1. In the listing dashboard, click the Websites tab.
  2. The upload status for your website should show Upload Successfully.
  3. Click the View on Website button.

Notes
Note: The Rental Rate field will only appear once the listing is advanced to Available. When re‑listing a property, use the Switch or Add Listing button or the Relist option in the progress bar. Avoid using the Copy Listing option, as it hides the rental rate field.
