How do I add a listing from a Property?

A Property represents a prospective listing address,  that you’re keeping track of, but isn’t yet listed with your agency.  A Listing is an active property you've been appointed by the owners to market For Sale or For Rent.

This guide explains how to add a Listing from a Property.

Steps to Add a Listing from a Property
  1. Locate the Property
    1. Search for and select the Property.
  2. Start the Listing Process
    1. Click Add Listing button. (in the top right beside Edit button)
  3. The Add Listing Wizard
    1.  Add Listing: Choose the listing property type and click Add Listing or select an existing linked listing to view
    2. Getting Started: Confirm the Listing type then either click Next or click  "Start fresh with no information" in the top right to open the edit listing form with minimum info carried over and skip the following steps.
    3. Basic Requirements: Listing stage defaults to Pending, change to Available to publish listing at the end of the listing wizard steps; Select Office to assign the listing to; Choose the Listing category/s and click Next
    4. People: Confirm the Property Owner/s and listing consultants and click Next
    5. Required Details: Select the Listing appointment type, eg Exclusive, Auction, Open, etc; Confirm Bedroom and Bathroom number and click Next 
    6. Pricing: Enter Sale price or rental amount and Show instead of price and click Next
    7. Marketing: Display title; Property description, Preview Description ( click Auto Generate to pull this in from the Description) and click Next
    8. Photos and Floor Plans: Upload at least 1 Photo and click Next
    9. Optional Detail: Confirm or add parking types and click Next
    10. Websites:  Tick or un-tick and website/portal options to publish the listing up to; Select to use New new feed ID's and click Next
    11. Summary: Confirm the options selected and go back to correct if needed
    12. Click Save to create your listing and leave the box ticked to open the listing in edit mode
