How can I upload a Sold Property to my website and/or third party websites?
The only way to show listings in the recently Sold page on your
website is to enter them into the database and progress them to Settled.
To avoid the listing going through the Available stages ( including Under Contract or Unconditional), you can take a listing straight from Pending to Sold.

This is particularly important when uploading Sold listings to paid websites, as uploading at the Available stage ( including Under Contract or Unconditional) will incur a cost (even if it's only "Available for a few minutes!) whereas for most paid websites you can upload Sold listings for no charge.
To upload your Sold listing, following the below steps exactly:
- Create the listing and save it at the PENDING status (Make sure you include at least 1 image)
- Click the Websites Section on the left hand sidebar
- Click on Disable Automatic Updates (so that the listing is not sent to 3rd party portals)
- Deactivate any Active websites that you do not want this Sold listing to be uploaded to
- Go to the Contracts on the left hand sidebar
- Click on Create new contract
- In the first "What would you like to do?" field, select Make Property Settled (Sold)
- Complete all mandatory fields for the contract in the Checklist
- Save the Contract
- Click on Enable Automatic Updates
- Click on Update All Now
- This step will send the listing to all Active websites as sold

Note: if the listing is not yet settled, you can initially save your contract as a "Pending offer" without changing the listing status and triggering uploads to websites. Saving the contract as Under Contract or Unconditional can trigger website updates and publish the listings to websites and may incur charges from paid websites.
Once settled edit the contract and select "Make Property Settled (Sold)"
