Aro Software is designed to make uploading to portals easy by doing so automatically when a listing is moved to the Available stage. If you would prefer to ALWAYS manually activate a listing to be sent to a particular website, then we can disable the automation for you. 

Please send an email to support@arosoftware.com with the request to turn off "Automatic Updates" to portals globally or list the name of portals you would like it turned off for.
