How can I delete spam contacts?

Question: I have a number of spam contacts in my system. How can I remove them?

Answer: Contacts cannot be deleted in your Arosoftware database however, they can be archived and this is the best way to deal with spam contacts.

While you cannot delete contacts in Arosoftware, archiving provides several advantages:

Ease of Access: Archived contacts can be recovered and restored to your active list if needed.
Compliance: In some cases, retaining data for compliance purposes (e.g., GDPR) is necessary, and archiving meets that requirement without cluttering your active database.
