- Are there any duplicate checks in your system? So if a contact entered into Homepass syncs to Aro and there is an existing contact that matches, will this create a new contact or add to an existing?

- What are the contact ownership rules in your system? i.e. Does the agent who checked the buyer in attach to/own the contact or does the lead listing agent attach or both?

- Correct, the agent can also opt to hide or show notes on vendor reports when generating a vendor report as well.

- When a agent adds a contact note in Homepass, there is a toggle "visible to team”; if this toggle is turned off, will the note be private in Aro?
- We do not use the "Visible to team" toggle to determine the visibility of notes within Arosoftware. It will depend on the users permissions inside Aro. If the user has permission to view all details on contacts then they will see all notes. If they only have permission to view their own notes then they will only see their own.
- When a contact note is edited in Homepass, will note also update in Aro?

- Can you have one Homepass office account syncing to multiple Aro accounts?
- Yes
- Agents are able to send documents via the Homepass One app. We do send this information in our data feed. Are you able to display when a document has been sent via Homepass?
- Yes, we store this as a communication against the contact.
- How do I set up Homepass to Integrate with Arosoftware
- Should you wish to upload from aro to Homepass, please contact them and say you would like to Integrate via Arosoftware. Homepass will then set up the feed and email Arosoftware with the necessary information needed. We will then do some set up steps on our end and let you know when its ready.

- Does Aro have a cost for the integration with Homepass?
