How much does it cost?

There is no cost for the Social ads integration, you simply pay for the campaigns you launch.

How long does it take for a new campaign to go live?

Starting the campaign takes just a few minutes. After you start the campaign, it can take 1 to 8 hours for Meta to approve the ad. We will notify you when it goes live.

Do the ads run in my ad account?

Yes, we run all ads in your ad account so that you have transparency over what is being done and how much budget is being spent.

Can I extend a campaign?

No, you need to start a new campaign. This avoids the ad going into review again within the Meta/Facebook ads platform.

Can I edit a campaign?

You can request edits for a campaign that is running by clicking on the campaign, selecting "Request edits", and then completing the form.

Editing a campaign is not advised as it will need to go into review again within the Meta/Facebook ads platform.
