FAQ: Error "Save Failure - You do not have sufficient disk space"

FAQ: Error "Save Failure - You do not have sufficient disk space"

What does this error mean?

If you see the "Save Failure - You do not have sufficient disk space" message while trying to upload images or documents, it means your account has reached its maximum allocated storage limit.

How much storage do I have?

  • Default Storage: Every standard account comes with 50GB of included disk space.

  • Over-Limit Storage: If you require more space, you can purchase an additional 10GB for $10 per month.

How can I fix this?

You have two options to resolve this issue and resume uploading files:

Option 1: Free up space (Free)

Review your account and permanently delete older, unneeded files. We recommend looking through past listings to remove images or documents that are no longer active or relevant. Note: Archiving listings does not delete the associated images or documents.

Option 2: Upgrade your storage (Paid)

If you need to keep all of your current files, you can increase your capacity. Please contact our support team to request that additional disk space be added to your monthly subscription.

IdeaNote: Once you have either freed up space by deleting existing images files and documents or upgraded your plan, the error will disappear, and you can immediately resume uploading your files.
