Is the Email Sync integration included in my Arosoftware subscription?

  1. The Email Sync integration is included in Professional and Essentials Arosoftware subscriptions, for other subscription levels it can be added as an additional monthly subscription, Contact Arosoftware support to confirm cost and activate in your account.

Will the Email sync create a new contact in my Arosoftware account?

  1. No, emails only sync against existing contacts in your account.

How long does it take for emails to sync and the communication logged against a matching contact?

  1. This depends on which email system is being synced to, however generally the email communication will take only 10-15 minutes to be logged against existing contacts in your account, however it can take up to 1 hour.

Will email attachments be saved in the logged communication?

  1. No, however a link back to the original email is available when viewed by the team member connected to the email account.

Which Email Programs is Email Sync available for?

  1. Email sync is available for Microsoft Office 365/Outlook and Google Workspace/Gmail (Note: Google email sync is currently limited to team members with existing connections for contact/calendar sync)

Why didn't my email sync as a communication ?

  1. If an email communication hasn't appeared in Aro, it is usually due to a mismatch with the contact or a setting that needs adjusting in your profile. Follow this quick troubleshooting checklist to find and fix the issue.
