How to start using email BCC

This file will show you how to start using email BCC.

NOTE: Should you not be able to see the the Email Bcc Tab then it is not enabled in your account. Please contact Aro support if you are interested in adding this feature to your account.

  • Log into the software
  • Click on your headshot in the top right corner of the software 
  • Click on My Settings 

  • Click into the Email Bcc tab on the left
  • Tick Enable Email Bcc

At this point, our system will do some quick checks to see if you can start using "Email bcc" right away. If everything checks out your "Unique bcc email address" will show up and you can start sending emails to your unique bcc email address. If you see a blue info notification, this means our support team needs to get a few things setup before you start using the email bcc module, they will contact you once it is complete.

Safe Emails

Any email address you use need to be added to the "Safe Email" list in order for the emails to be recognised in Aro. Your primary team member email will be populated in the first box by default - if you use another email address add this into the second line under Safe Emails. Please note Email Bcc needs to be set up per team member - this second email should only be completed using your own secondary email address.
