Editing a Lead in a Pipeline and Changing its Status
This guide will walk you through how to edit a lead in your pipeline and change its status.

Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to edit leads before proceeding
- At the top of your database, click on the Leads tab to access your lead management system
- Click on Pipelines
- On the left-hand side, click on Pipelines to view your current sales or lead pipelines
- Locate the specific pipeline and the contact or lead that you want to update
- To change the status, you can drag and drop the lead from its current column into the desired status column (If you prefer, you can click the three dots next to the lead for additional options)
- Select Edit from the menu
- In the editing screen, update the lead’s status by selecting the new status from the dropdown
- Once finished, click Save
