Edit a team member

This file will guide you through editing a team member in the system. Please note, any field with a red asterix is a mandatory field and must be completed before you will be able to save the form. Once you have completed a mandatory field you will see this icon .

We have added a checklist on the right hand side of the each page in the software which will show the mandatory fields that need to be completed.

To edit a contact complete follow these steps:

  • Click on the Settings Cog in the top right of your database to open the Setup menu.
  • Click on Team Members (under the Company heading).
  • A list of your team members will now be displayed.
  • On the right hand side of the team member you want to edit, click on the pencil icon.
  • Edit the information and click Save Member on the right hand side of the page.
