Duplicating a Workflow

This guide will walk you through duplicating a workflow in your database software.

Info
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to duplicate workflows before proceeding.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Productivity Tab
    At the top of your database software, locate and click on the Productivity tab.

  2. Select Automations
    From the dropdown menu under the Productivity tab, select Automations to access the automation settings.

  3. Click on Workflows
    On the left-hand side, click on Workflows to view the available workflows.

  4. Find the Workflow to Duplicate
    Browse through the workflows and find the one you wish to duplicate.

  5. Click the Three Dots
    Once you’ve identified the workflow, click on the three little dots next to the workflow name.


  6. Select Duplicate
    From the menu that appears, select Duplicate to create a copy of the workflow.

  7. Enter Relevant Information
    A new window will appear. Input the relevant information for the duplicated workflow, such as a new name and any specific changes required.

  8. Click Save
    After entering the necessary details, click Save to finalize the duplicated workflow.
