Domain Integration - Setup

This file will guide you through activating your Domain.com.au integration.

This integration is available for all Aro accounts with a subscription that includes the 'Uploader' module and have the domain.com.au or commercialrealestate.com.au feed setup
Arosoftware can automatically collect lead and web traffic data for domain.com.au and commericalrealestate.com.au. The domain.com.au integration will also activate the View on Domain button so you can get to your listing on Domain from the within the software. See the “Getting Started' section at the bottom of the page to find out how to activate this in your account.

Domain Integration Features

Leads

If a visitor fills out an enquiry form on a listing, agent or agency profile on domain.com.au or commercialrealestate.com.au, the lead will now automatically be added to your Aro account. This lead will be assigned to the listing consultant or default assignee (according to your lead processor settings).

Traffic

Daily website traffic for each listing on Domain will sync back into Aro each night and automatically display on the listing details chart. This gives you a visual snapshot of how the listing is performing on Domain.com.au.

View listing on domain.com.au

You can quickly get to your listing on domain.com.au from Aro by going into the Websites tab on the listing and clicking on "View on Domain”.

Vendor Reports

If your Aro subscription includes Vendor Reports: The vendor report, website traffic module will automatically have the numbers for Domain filled in for you. You will also see all your leads from Domain in the leads module now that they are being auto imported into Aro.

Getting Started

To get started and activate your domain.com.au integration.

This can only be activated by a team member with a Management role
  1. Login to your Aro account
  2. Click on the Setup Cog in the top right of your database and navigate to "Integrations"
  1. Scroll down to the “Domain.com.au” integration and click “Setup”
  1. Check the "Activate" box
  2. In the middle of the page it will say "Not Connected" in red - click on "Connect Now"
  1. This will take you to the Domain website
  2. Login and accept all permissions
  3. Back in Aro, assign the default group and fallback default lead assignee
  4. Click on Save
  5. Setup is now complete
