Export Listings to PDF (Strip List/Stocklist)

This guide will step you through creating a Property or Stock List (also known as a strip list) as a PDF.


  1. Hover over the Listings header in the main menu
  2. Select Search Listings
  1. Select any filters that you need (Ensure to select the Property Type and the Stage that you want to export)
  2. Click on the green Search Listings button in the top right
  3. You will now be taken to your search results
  4. Sort the order of the list by selecting the Up/Down button on that particular column

  • Once you have all data you need in your PDF click on Print/Export in the top right

  • Choose Print PDF
  • This will then download the PDF file to your computer
  • Select the fields that you would like to display and the orientation
  • Click on Print Property List
InfoIf you wish to override the listing default address settings and show the Full Address select the field to display "Address Extra Info" in place of "Address Short"
