  2. How do I begin creating a new SMS campaign?
    1. Navigate to the marketing section, then to the campaigns area. Select the SMS tab, then click the "New SMS campaign" button. You'll need to give the campaign a name, choose a sender ID (e.g., Mr. Salesperson), and then select your intended recipients
  3. What are the different options for selecting SMS recipients?
    1. You can choose recipients through various methods, including groups you've created, saved searches, or filters based on criteria such as inquiries, inspections, and matching buyer/tenant listings. You can also manually select contacts or choose to send to people who were included in a previous SMS campaign
  4. What are the legal requirements for SMS campaign messages?
    1. All SMS campaigns are legally required to include a stock or standard message in the body of the text. This message is automatically included when you open the editor
  5. How is the message length and credit usage calculated?
    1. SMS messages have a character limit. If a message exceeds that limit, it will be sent as multiple messages, typically consuming more SMS credits (For example, a message longer than the character limit may become a multipart message and use four credits instead of one. The current character count is always visible at the bottom right of the editor screen)
  6. Can I associate an SMS message with a specific listing?
    1. Yes, you can associate an SMS with a specific property listing. This allows you to record the SMS communication not just against the contact recipient but also against the listing. This can be useful for reporting back to vendors and tracking communication linked to specific properties
  7. How can I preview and test my SMS campaign before sending it?
    1. Before launching the SMS campaign, you can preview the message to see how it will appear to the recipients, and send a test SMS to your own phone. To preview, click on the Preview button. To test, enter your phone number in the test recipient box. After saving, you will see all of this information
  8. What are my sending options once the campaign is created?
    1. You have two main options for sending an SMS campaign. You can send it immediately, which will typically happen within a few minutes, or you can schedule the SMS to be sent at a specific date and time in the future. You choose to send now or set a time and date with the scheduler tool
