A stock booklet is designed to display your listings in booklet format. When creating a stockbooklet you can display your listing in either of the following page formats;
- 1 to a page
- 2 to a page
- 4 to a page
- 9 to a page
- 6 to a page (list format)
Start by creating a stock booklet
- Hover over the "Marketing" menu and click on "Stock Booklet"
- Click "Create new stock booklet"
- Enter the "Name" of your stock booklet on the left hand side bar
- Select the format
- Select if you want Open for Inspection times to display on the booklet (they will only display if they are already entered on the listing)
- Select if you want the Consultants details to be displayed (tick box)
Adding listings to the stock booklet
Now that you have created a stock booklet you need to add some listings, you can do this individually by dragging the listings into a page or in bulk, each of these methods are explained below.
Adding listings individually
- Start by adding a page and selecting the number of listings that should show on that page.
- Locate the listing you would like to add in the "Listings" panel on the right side of the page and drag each listing into the page that you have created
- Once you have finished adding listings, you can click on the preview button on the top right to look over the stock booklet before you click "Generate and save"
Adding listings in bulk
- Set the type of listings you would like to add to your stock booklet using the "Property type" drop down
- Set the sort order for the stock booklet, you can always drag the listings around within the booklet after they have been added.
- Choose how many listings you want to show on each page by setting the page template
- Click "Add listings to stock booklet". This will automatically add all of the listings in the "Listings" panel into your stock booklet.
- Once you have finished adding listings, you can click on the preview button on the top right to look over the stock booklet before you click "Generate and save"
