This file is to guide you through copying the details of a property that is a sale listing to a rental or a rental listing to a sale listing. 

This function is used for when you want to copy details from a Sale listing to Rental listing or from a Rental listing to a Sale listing.

• In "Quick search" enter address or ID of the property that you wish to copy.
  
• Select the listing you want to copy from the result list
  
• Click on "Manage Listing" and select "Copy Listing" option
  
• The "Copy Listing" box will pop-up. Select "To a new listing for the same property 
• and use the copy options you want
  
  
  
  
• The new copied listing will be created at the "Appraisal" stage. 
  
• Click on "Edit Listing" tab 
  
• On the Essentials tab: You Must choose the desired Property Type ie. : "Residential Sale" = For Sale , "Residential Rental" = Rental
  
  
  ( NOTE : This can not be changed once the listing is made Available)
  
  
  
  
• Complete all required fields and update listing details
  
• Save Listing
  
• Double Check all details including the Property Type is correct
  
• Click on websites tab to confirm the portals to load the property to.
  
• Click on Listing Details tab and once satisfied all is ready to publish, click on "Advance to Pending" and then "Advance to Available"
