Mark a Commission Successful

This file will guide you through marking a Commission Successful.  You must have Office Commission Templates & Agent Templates set up in the system prior to adding your summary.  
This action cannot be undone once marked successful
  1. Hover over the Finances menu.
  2. Click on Commissions.


  • Either search for the listing in the search filter (the white box between the Listing header and the first Listing highlighted below) or find the listing from the list.
  • Click on the Tick on the right.

  1. In the popup box, you can opt to also generate an invoice for the Commission by ticking the box.
  2. Select Yes to confirm.

  1. If selected you will then be directed to an automatically generated tax invoice. You can edit the details if required. The due date could be adjusted to be the settlement date if known and also apply any payments (eg. money held in trust should be applied here) before either printing or emailing the invoice to your sellers or seller's solicitors.

Note: If you do not see the Finances menu, you either don't have permission to view it or your package does not include this module. Please contact support@arosoftware.com to add this module onto your subscription.

Only staff with Admin and Management permissions will be able to see this section as default.
