Changing lead Pipeline Preferences in team member settings
This file will help a Team member set their Lead Pipeline display preferences, or an authorised Admin to do this on their behalf.
Updating/Changing Pipeline Preferences
- Click on your profile photo in the top right corner
- Select My Settings
- Select the Leads tab on the left side

- Choose the Default Pipeline, and Default Status
- Click Save
Management and Admin Users can edit member settings on behalf of other Team Members:
- Go to Setup > Team Members
- View the desired Team Member
- Select Team Member settings
- Select the Leads tab on the left side
- Choose the Default Pipeline, and Default Status
- Click Save
If Pipeline option is not available, you do not have permission to access this function in the software, please contact your manager or you can submit a request to Arosoftware regarding adding a module to your account
