Each
Team Member role has pre-set software access permission settings, these
have been set to suit most common business requirements in real estate
offices. If a team member cannot access, update or change a listing,
contact or setup item that they need, it may be possible to update that
Team Members specific software permissions.
To
change the Permissions for a Team Member (Management & Office Admin
users only):
- Click on the Settings cog in the top right of your database to open the setup menu:
- Click on Team Members
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of the team member
- Select Settings in the dropdown
- On the left side of the screen, click on Permissions.
The permissions are broken up into separate header, click on the link to view the permissions for that section.
Change permissions so that team member can be selected as a Sales or Rental Consultant on Listings
Scroll down to Listings : Residential Sales or Listings : Residential
Rentals. Change the relevant consultant to Yes.
Change Sales Consultant permission to allow them to make a listing Available
Change the Advance option to one of the following:
- All - can advance all listing types to available
- None - does not have access to make listings available
- If Linked - can only advance their own listings to available
Change Property Managers Permission to allow them to advance a listing to Leased
Scroll down to Listings : Leased
Change the Advance option to one of the following:
- All - can advance all listing types to leased
- None - does not have access to make listings leased
- If Linked - can only advance their own listings to leased
Change Sales Consultant permission to allow them to make a listing Under Contract & Unconditional
Change the Advance option to one of the following:
- All - can advance all listing types to under contract or unconditional
- None - does not have access to make listings under contract or unconditional
- If Linked - can only advance their own listings to under contract or unconditional
