Each Team Member Role has preset software access permission settings, these have been set to suit most common business requirements in real estate offices. If a team member can not access, update or change a listing, contact or setup item that they need, it may be possible to update that Team Members specific software permissions.

To change the Permissions for a Team Member (Management & Office Admin users only)

1. Click Setting Cog > Team Members

1. 
   Click on the name of the relevant Team Member
   
2. Click Team Member Settings
3. On the left side of the screen, click on Permissions
   

Change permissions so that team member can be selected as a Sales or Rental Consultant on Listings

1. Each area is separated so you can click on the Plus button to open each area that permissions can be changed
   
2. Change permissions so that team member can be selected as a Sales or Rental Consultant on Listings
   
3. Following the instructions 1-3 above to the Permissions tab for the consultant
   
4. Scroll down to Listings : Residential Sales or Listings : Residential Rentals
   
5. Change the relevant consultant to Yes
   

Change Sales Consultant permission to allow them to make a listing Available

1. Following the instructions 1-3 above to the Permissions tab for the consultant
   
2. Scroll down to Listings : Available
   

Change the Advance option to one of the following:  All - can advance all listing types to available

1. Requires Approval - Cannot advance to available (Must be approved by Office admin or Management level user)
   
2. None - does not have access to make listing available
   
3. If Linked - can only advance listing to available for their own listings

Change Property Managers Permission to allow them to advance a listing to Leased

1. Following the instructions 1-3 above to the Permissions tab for the property manager
   
2. Scroll down to Listings : Leased
   

Change the Advance option to one of the following:  All - can advance all listings to leased

1. Requires Approval - Cannot advance to leased (Must be approved by Office admin or Management level user)
   
2. None - does not have access to make listing leased
   
3. If Linked - can only advance listing to leased for their own listings

Change Sales Consultant permission to allow them to make a listing Under Contract & Unconditional

1. Following the instructions 1-3 above to the Permissions tab for the consultant
   
2. Scroll down to Listings : Under Contract or Unconditional
   

Change the Advance option to one of the following: None - does not have access to make listing Under Contract or Unconditional

1. All - Has access to make any listing Under Contract or Unconditional
   
2. If Linked - can only advance listing to Under Contract or Unconditional for their own listings
