Yes, you can control which team members have permission to activate or deactivate 'Available' listing feeds by adjusting their user permissions.

By default, all Sales and Property Management team members have Feeds: Activate = Yes, which means they can activate or deactivate specific feeds for any listing they are linked to as the agent, or for listings they have permission to access and edit.

If you’d like to restrict this ability:

1. Go to Setup > Team Members.

2. Select the relevant team member.

3. Navigate to the Permissions tab and scroll to the Listings > Feeds section.

4. Change the "Activate" permission from Yes to No.

5. Click Save.
   

After updating permissions, ask the team member to log out and log back in to ensure the changes take effect.

This permission set only applies to external 3rd party website that are set to be "Available' to upload.
